Your field voice recordings are stored locally inside your account-scoped workspace on your iPhone or iPad and are excluded from automatic system backups and unrequested cloud uploads. Speech recognition and structured estimate extraction run using on-device Apple frameworks where supported.
When you sign in with Apple, your structured estimates, client directory, personal Price Book, digital signatures, invoices, and explicitly attached job photos are synchronized via Google Cloud / Firebase in the Frankfurt region (europe-west3) so your business records remain protected across devices.
Subscriptions are billed directly by Apple via StoreKit. We verify signed App Store transaction proofs on our server to unlock Pro entitlements without ever collecting or storing your payment card details.
Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics) and product diagnostics (Google Analytics for Firebase) are opt-in and disabled by default until you grant consent in Settings. Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and free-text notes are never attached to diagnostic events.
